A sweet smell of almonds and spices lies in air. For more than 85 years and five generations the original Dresdner Christstollen has been baked here.

The stollen recipe is a closely guarded family recipe which is only passed on from father to son. Carefully selected ingredients like Californian almonds, raisins soaked in spiced Jamaican rum and fine marzipan are allowed in our stollen. Our christmas stollen is rounded off with candied lemon peel, candied orange peel and select spices.

We, the Gnauck family, have kept the time honored art of stollen baking until today. We are offering a superior product without preservatives and additives.
